Who we are
Craig and Bonnie Keaton didn’t set out to build a shared mission. Through years of learning, unlearning, and growing alongside each other, it unfolded slowly—the way meaningful things often do. Nearly two decades into their marriage, their work feels less like a profession and more like the natural extension of who they’ve become. With fifty years of combined experience, they’ve shaped a life centered on helping people reconnect with their bodies, their health, and their sense of self.
Dr. Craig Keaton
Craig’s story begins with a deep curiosity about how people heal. That curiosity first led him into practice as a holistic health coach, then into academia and research, and eventually into a career exploring the space where physical and mental health meet. Over 25 years, he’s become a synthesizer—bringing together clinical counseling, movement, nature‑based practices, lifestyle coaching, and multiple disciplines to form a truly holistic, evidence‑informed approach.
As Director of Wellbeing at the TCU School of Medicine, he became known for helping people return to the essentials—body, mind, and heart, aligned and in rhythm with the natural world. His work is steady and integrative, shaped by the belief that health is the natural direction of the body.
Bonnie Keaton
Bonnie’s path is more intuitive, shaped by her own body’s wisdom and a lifelong fascination with how people move, feel, and grow. For more than 25 years, she’s used movement to help clients out of dis‑ease, into strength, and toward a deeper sense of connection. Her own personal journey opened a new chapter, inspiring her to create Spiritual Life Coaching—a blend of holistic health, inner exploration, and embodied transformation.
She’s constantly learning, constantly evolving, and her clients feel that. Her coaching isn’t something she does; it’s an expression of who she is.
Together
When Craig and Bonnie work together, something unique happens. His integrative, synthesis‑driven perspective meets her intuitive, embodied wisdom, creating a whole‑person approach that feels both grounded and deeply human. They help people slow down, tune in, and build a relationship with their body and life that’s sustainable and meaningful.
Their story is ultimately about partnership—two people walking their own paths, side by side, and inviting others to discover what’s possible when mind, body, and heart are finally reunited.
