Welcome to The Body Rules Sessions — our 12‑week immersion into the deeper layers of how your body works and what you can do to feel at home in your body again.

You likely work hard on your health — honestly, probably too hard, or you’re too hard on yourself. You train, you track, you try to “optimize,” but you don’t slow down enough to listen to your body or give yourself what you actually need. Or you simply don’t know how to reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.

That’s why we created this immersion.

This isn’t a class or a lecture. It’s a guided, supportive, evidence‑informed experience designed to help you understand your body and reconnect with it in a more grounded and embodied way.

Over 12 weeks, you’ll explore the patterns, signals, rhythms, and stories that shape you and how you move through life — and you’ll learn how to work with your body instead of against it. You’ll practice slowing down, tuning in, and responding with more clarity, precision, and ease. You’ll build a relationship with your body that will transform your health as you learn your body’s rules.

What This Immersion Is

The Body Rules Sessions are a 12‑week, research‑driven wellbeing immersion designed to support the whole person.

Each session blends:

At the intersection of research and “me‑search,” you’ll begin to see your body not as a problem to solve, but as a partner to build a relationship with.

How It Works

Weekly Live Sessions Once a week, we meet live on Zoom for a 75‑minute immersive session focused on a new aspect of whole‑person health.

Science + Application You’ll receive a clear summary of the research along with the most practical concepts and tools you can begin using right away.

Personal Integration Because every body is different, every person’s experience will be different. What becomes a breakthrough for one person might be a background detail for someone else — and that’s the point. This immersion helps you build a more attuned relationship with your own body and understand what it needs right now.

Supportive Community You’ll learn alongside others who are also exploring their patterns, rhythms, and habits — creating a shared environment of curiosity, compassion, and growth.

Your Investment

The Body Rules Sessions are a 12‑week wellbeing immersion designed to help you understand your body and live in partnership with it. Each session offers clear guidance, practical tools, and meaningful conversations that simply don’t happen in most health or fitness environments.

Individual Enrollment — $549

Just $45 per session for a 75‑minute, expert‑led workshop grounded in psychology, biology, and neuroscience. A fraction of the cost of a single personal training or counseling hour — for a program that supports every part of your wellbeing.

Household Enrollment — $749 per household

Partners in the same home can join together for about $31 per person, per session. This option supports shared learning, accountability, and healthier rhythms at home while offering meaningful savings on the second enrollment.

To make participation flexible and accessible, you can enroll in two ways:

1. Pay in Full

Individual: $549 Household: $749 A single payment covering the full 12‑week immersion, including all live sessions and recordings.

2. Monthly Payment Plan

A flexible option for those who prefer to spread out the investment. Includes a small convenience fee.

Individual: 3 monthly payments of $199 (Total: $597) Household: 3 monthly payments of $265 (Total: $795)

Both options include full access to every session, all recordings, and all program materials.
